Information you choose to share

Knockout Precision Engraving uses information submitted with an inquiry to respond and discuss the requested service. The inquiry form sends your name, email, interest, and message through FormSubmit to knockoutprecisionengraving@gmail.com. Please don’t send payment details or sensitive documents.

Public business profiles

Information published on a business profile is public. Anyone with the link or QR code can view and download the published contact details. Only share information you have permission to publish. The Knockout demo uses our public business information. Future customer profiles require the profile owner’s approval before publication.

Your device and service providers

The contact download, QR, and copy-link actions work without a customer account. Copying uses your device’s clipboard. Sharing may open your device’s share sheet. The interactive homepage profile preview keeps typed values in the current page only; it does not store or send them. A sample contact file contains only the typed name, business and title. Share Demo and QR use the public business demo URL without those values. The site serves its typeface locally. This version does not add advertising pixels or an analytics service. Our hosting and email providers may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect their services. We do not sell inquiry information.

Updates and removal

To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, or discuss a public profile, email knockoutprecisionengraving@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request. We keep inquiry correspondence as needed to respond, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. Existing Shopify order records continue to be handled through Shopify.

Customer dashboards, self-service uploads, and accounts are not active in this release. We will update this notice before enabling them.
