iPhone guidance
Open the profile in Safari. Choose Save contact, then review the contact card and select Create New Contact or Add to Existing Contact if offered. If a file downloads instead, open it from Downloads or Files.
Android guidance
Choose Save contact, then open the downloaded .vcf from the notification or Downloads. Select your Contacts app and confirm the import. Some devices offer Import from file inside Contacts.
In-app browser or download trouble?
Open the profile in Safari or Chrome and try again. The profile always keeps its email, website and copyable link available. Exact prompts vary by device and browser.

Hardware testing and final costs are still being validated. Hosting duration, renewal pricing, included update allowance, support scope, shipping and taxes are not finalized. We’ll provide these in writing for approval before accepting payment. No lifetime hosting promise or automatic subscription enrollment.

Can I put my own design on the card?
Yes. Your logo, name, text, custom artwork or a design we create together can shape your card. We review the artwork and layout with you before engraving. The card shown is an engraving visualization; real finished-card and signage examples will be added as they’re made.
Can I buy a card today?
Not yet. We’re testing the physical samples and engraving results. Early-access inquiries are open; final specifications, pricing, and delivery will be agreed before taking an order.
Is this demo using NFC on my phone?
No. The animation simulates a tap so you can see the intended experience. The profile, QR code, share link, and contact downloads are real web features. Your browser does not access an NFC chip in this demo.
Does everyone need an app?
No app is needed to open the web profile. Physical NFC performance depends on the phone, settings, and card. A QR code and direct link provide other ways to reach the profile.
Can I change my details later?
The public profile URL stays consistent while Knockout updates your approved information. Customer self-service accounts and editing are planned, not active in this release.
What happens to what I type in the preview?
It stays in this page’s memory. We don’t store or send it. Reset or reload clears it. The sample vCard downloads to your device; Share Demo and the QR code always use the public Knockout business demo, without your typed details.
Are the business solutions available?
Menu signs, review displays, property signs, hotel guides, and retail displays are concepts we’re exploring. The showcase uses labeled sample content. Tell us what you have in mind to discuss a future project.
